Challenge
Sodexo Benefits & Mobility, a global leader in employee benefits with 750K+ users in Colombia, underwent a full corporate identity transformation to become Pluxee. The challenge was not just visual: every touchpoint had to migrate simultaneously, from the app and digital channels to B2B communications and marketplace partners, without disrupting user trust or commercial continuity.
What I did
Led the end-to-end brand transformation from Sodexo to Pluxee in Colombia. Defined the local brand architecture and managed the identity rollout across all channels. Rebuilt the brand narrative from a transactional benefits provider to a lifestyle-enabling platform. Coordinated cross-functional teams across marketing, product, tech, and commercial, and aligned local execution with Pluxee Global's brand guidelines.

Simultaneously managed the performance and digital strategy to sustain acquisition and retention during the transition, ensuring business continuity while the brand migrated.

Outcome
• +30% spontaneous brand recognition in 4 months post-launch
• 750K+ users successfully migrated to the new brand with no churn spike
• App rating improved from 1.8 to 4.7 through UX and communication redesign
